The Axiom Services

Essential Safety Measures

The Axiom Group provides powerful, flexible and simple solutions supported by robust software and experienced consultants. Our group delivers monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual essential safety inspections regimes as required or determined by statutory documentation such as the Building Codes Australia (BCA) or the client.

Risk and Change Management

We identify, assess, and prioritise to control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximise the realisation of opportunities. Our groups risk management objective is to assure uncertainty does not deflect the endeavour from the business goals. Risk is always best managed by being pro-active rather than reactive so call us today.

Workplace Training

The Axiom Group provides qualified trainers and assessors with many years experience in a range of fields to deliver relaxed and informative training sessions whether they be workplace bullying, passive defensive training or workplace health and safety. Our trainers have worked in many challenging environments and have always achieved excellent training outcomes. Our clients have included many Government, Statutory and private business clients.

Workplace Investigations

Our group has conducted many corporate investigations both at Government and local level. Planning the investigation, conducting interviews, gathering documents and other evidence is all part of the investigation process, the key however is evaluation of the evidence and determining whether sufficient evidence exists to recommend any action. The last step of course is to follow up to make sure that the problem that led to the investigation has been rectified.
